This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them. For general information on personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, SDKs) which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
- session ID — keeps you logged in
- cart — preserves your shopping bag
- csrf_token — security
- iv_visitor / iv_session — anonymous visit tracking for analytics (non-identifying, 2-year / 30-minute rolling)
Functional (on by default, opt-out)
Improve your experience.
- language/region preference — remembers your locale
- recently viewed — shows items you looked at
- design drafts — auto-saves your work-in-progress designs
Analytics (opt-in in EU/UK/CA)
Help us understand site usage (aggregated, anonymized).
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics or self-hosted analytics — page views, referrers, device type. These load only after you accept non-essential cookies.
Marketing (opt-in, off by default)
- Google Ads / DoubleClick marketing tags may be configured for measurement, but they load only after you accept non-essential cookies. If you reject or have Global Privacy Control enabled, they stay off.
Third-party cookies
We use cookies from payment processors (Stripe, Antom) during checkout only. These are necessary for payment to complete.
3. How to manage cookies
Via our preference center
Click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer or in the cookie banner on your first visit.
Via your browser
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break core functionality.
- Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
Do Not Track
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If GPC is enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out of non-essential cookies.
4. Legal bases
- Strictly necessary: legitimate interest (GDPR), service provision (contract)
- Analytics and Marketing: your consent (GDPR requires explicit opt-in)
- China: necessary for service or with your separate consent
5. Changes
We may update cookie usage. On material changes, we re-prompt for consent.
